Urgent Opening of Executive – HR For Automotive Unit.

Job Description

* Co-ordinate recruitment and selection related activities at unit Level (interview coordination, Distributing relevant Forms to Candidates)
* Co-ordinates with the candidates and HODs for joining formalities and creating the new employee record in the personnel file.
* Coordinates with HODs for the nomination of participants in various training programs.
* Executes training programs for staff as well as workers & maintains records of the same including attendance and feedback.
* Follow-up the Kaizen activities in the organization and prepares various records for this purpose.
* Execution of employee engagement initiatives at a unit level like Annual day, Quality Week, SGA, etc to keep up the motivation level of employees.
